President Hinckley's Funeral
Yesterday, I was able to go to President Hinckley's funeral with my dear friend and former mission companion, Wendy Jensen. It was such an awesome experience! The spirit was so strong at President Hinckley's funeral. I was so blessed to have been able to be there in person! What a wonderful spirit of peace and love. As I think about President Hinckley and the life he lived I can only be in awe. What a wonderful, amazing example for each of us to follow! What a full and beautiful live he lived! How blessed we all are to have been able to have him for a prophet! I can't seem to feel sad for President Hinckley's passing. All I can feel is happiness and joy for him as he is reunited with his sweet wife, Marjorie and with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. All I can do is feel this wonderful feeling of peace and acceptance. He was our prophet. He guided us and showed us the way! He is now home and one day we can all be home with him.

Here I am!

Here's one of the last pics that I took before I came home from the mission. Its so crazy to think that that time is over in my life! What an amazing blessing it was to have been able to serve the Lord and His humble people in Brazil! This truly is God's work and I was so priviledged to have been a small part of it! In this picture are two amazing Sister missionaries that I was able to serve with. Sister Machado (left) and Sister Bezerra (right). They are both converts to the Church and their zeal and conviction to the Church is absolutely incredible! I loved working with them!
